All we want is for you to be over the moon with your purchase. That's why we've designed our shipping and return policy as straightforward as possible. After all, it’s you who bring color to our bins and brighten our world! Sometimes you order a Flextrash and then change your mind. No problem at all! We're here to assist. Delivery and Shipping Costs
When you order from our Flextrash webshop, we jump into action at our warehouse! We ship our packages via DHL, and if you order before 1:00 PM, your package usually lands at your doorstep within one working day, when you live in the Netherlands. If you place an order outside the Netherlands, we'll send it the same day, but it might take a bit longer to reach you. As soon as your favorites leave our warehouse, we'll send you a track and trace code so you can keep an eye on them.
Within the Netherlands, we ask for a small contribution of €5.45 for shipping. However, if your total order exceeds €75,- shipping is on us! We also deliver to nearly everywhere in Europe. If your favorite country isn't on the list, just send us a message at [email protected], and we'll make it happen.
Unfortunately we don't ship to the UK, because of the high customs fees.

Return Policy
Sometimes, not even our most beautiful bin can meet all your expectations. No worries, you have the right to return your products within 14 days without providing a reason. The period starts from the day you (or someone else, except the carrier) physically receive the products. If you're returning something, please let us know via email. You can also use our withdrawal form if that's more convenient for you (PDF). Make sure to package everything neatly and, if possible, return it in its original condition and packaging. Don't forget to ask for a shipping receipt at the post office; it's quite handy.

Are there return costs?
The costs for returning your products are on your dime. But we'll reimburse all other payments you've made, including those initial shipping costs. We'll use the same method of payment you used unless you prefer something else (well, not in diamonds, honey, that might get a bit tricky). In any case, we won't charge you for the reimbursement.
When will you get your money back?
We'll wait to refund until we have the items back with us. But if you can already prove that you've sent them back, we'll spring into action right away. So, no worries, as long as you deliver them to us within 14 days of your decision to withdraw, you're good. The return shipping costs are on your end. And remember, you're only responsible for the value reduction of the products if you've used them in a way that goes beyond what was necessary to determine if you really like them.
How to return?
If you handle things carefully, you might be able to use the shipping box and packaging again. Nice and sustainable! So, return your order with all accessories and in the original packaging to:
